ASIJ Swimming Gala

Felix and Neve had school swimming gala at ASIJ (American School in Japan) The school is quite some way out of Tokyo which is unusual for an International School but it does mean they have an enourmous campus. It was very American once you got inside, you wouldn't have known you were in Japan. They even had fat kids!

The kids had a great time. ASIJ were really fussy about the rules which left Felix being disqualified in the race that he won. Apparently he didn't touch the wall properly when he turned around. What a load of rubbish! (upset parent syndrome)

Neve did really well, winning two of her races and getting the fastest time.

After the gala we raced back to Shibuya to meet Jim and Joan
